These terms and conditions apply to the following Sentinel products and is given by Sentinel Performance Solutions Ltd:
All of the terms relating to this Guarantee that are agreed between you and Sentinel Performance Solutions Ltd are set out in this Guarantee.
If you feel that this Guarantee does not accurately reflect your understanding of what has been agreed, you should let Sentinel Performance Solutions Ltd know so that any appropriate amendments can be made. It will be more difficult for you to enforce a term that you think has been agreed if it is not agreed in writing and set out in this Guarantee
This Guarantee is drafted for consumer customers only and the Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
To be eligible to claim under this Guarantee, you must complete, sign and return the acceptance form provided with the product or online.
Certain words used in the Guarantee have specific meanings. Where they do, they appear in bold text. A list of these words are set out below.
1.1 “Sentinel” means Sentinel Performance Solutions Ltd (company number 5433529) of 7650 Daresbury Park, Warrington, Cheshire, WA4 4BS.
1.2 “Goods” means the “Sentinel SESI”, "Sentinel ScalePro", "Sentinel Eliminator", "Sentinel Eliminator Nano" or "Sentinel Eliminator TotalGuard" unit.
1.3 “Guarantee” means the terms of the guarantee set out in this document.
1.4 “You” and “Your” refer to the person who originally purchased the Goods (as a consumer) for full market value.
2.1 Sentinel guarantees to you that the Goods will be free from proven manufacturing defects (as determined in Sentinel’s sole discretion acting reasonably).
2.2 Your sole remedy for Goods which do not comply with the Guarantee shall be (at Sentinel’s sole discretion acting reasonably) either the replacement of the Goods with equivalent goods or the repair of the Goods.
2.3 Under no circumstances will Sentinel be liable for any direct, indirect, general, special, incidental, consequential or other damages of any kind whatsoever regardless of the cause of such damage and whether Sentinel knew or had reason to know of the possibility of the loss, damage or injury in question.
2.4 Sentinel is not liable to you for any costs relating to de-installation, transportation, re-installation and/or associated or related costs of the Goods.
2.5 Sentinel excludes all warranties, representations and conditions which may be implied into this Guarantee by the operation of law to the maximum extent permitted by law.
2.6 This Guarantee constitutes the entire protection given to you by Sentinel and supersedes any and all other warranties and representations, whether oral or written except as expressly set out in this Guarantee.
3.1 The Guarantee applies to you as the original purchaser of the Goods (as a consumer) and does not apply to any subsequent owner.

3.4 It is a condition of this Guarantee that you grant Sentinel (and/or other third parties authorised by Sentinel) the right to enter your premises at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice for the purpose of examining the alleged defective Goods, their installation, maintenance and use.
4.1 For "Sentinel Eliminator", "Sentinel Eliminator Vortex" "Sentinel Eliminator Nano" and "Sentinel Eliminator TotalGuard" the Guarantee is for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase by you of the Goods. For "Sentinel SESI", the Guarantee is for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase by you of the Goods. For "Sentinel ScalePro", the Guarantee is for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by you of the Goods.
4.2 The Guarantee will expire earlier than the time period set out in paragraph 4.1 upon any transfer of ownership of the whole or any part of the Goods (whether by means of the sale of your premises or otherwise).
5.1 You must complete, sign and return the acceptance form provided in the box or complete the online form (www.sentinelprotects.com/uk/guarantee-registration) which ensures that you have inspected the Goods and are satisfied with the Goods as at the date of purchase.
5.2 Any claim must be addressed in writing to Sentinel at the address stated and must be received by Sentinel within thirty (30) days after you became aware of the facts upon which the claim is based or such claim shall be deemed waived.
5.3 Upon receipt of your claim Sentinel will issue you with a free postal address for sending the Goods to Sentinel for inspection.
